The manual hydraulic transmission operating bed uses the cylinder as the executing element to control various movements of the table. Most of the posture movements are realized by a pneumatic spring-assisted system controlled manually, and the lifting and lowering movements are completed by the foot-operated oil pump system driving the column device.
The electric hydraulic operating bed is powered by electric hydraulic. According to the clinical needs of the operating theatre bed, by pressing the corresponding buttons on the controller and controlling the mainboard, the hydraulic motor can be started and the hydraulic pump can work, thereby controlling the operating bed to perform various position changes, such as lifting, tilting left and right, moving and fixing, etc., to meet the requirements of surgical operations. When the button is released, the tabletop stops moving, and the surgery bed remains in that position. The operating theatre bed is equipped with a limit switch, which is used to limit the operation of the surgery bed to the safe range.
The basic function of the operating bed is to adjust surgical positions and expose the surgical field, making the operation go smoothly. There are five main types of surgical positions: prone position, supine position, lateral position, lithotomy position, and sitting position.
Prone position is mainly used for spinal surgery.
Supine position is suitable for general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and other common surgeries.
Lateral position is suitable for gallbladder, kidney, and anal surgery.
Lithotomy position is suitable for obstetrics, urology, and other surgeries.
Sitting position is suitable for neurosurgery, nasopharynx, and other surgeries.

Do not operate the surgery bed or move the patient when it is not locked and fixed to prevent tipping.
Do not let the patient sit on the headboard or footboard of the operating theatre bed to prevent excessive weight from bending the accessories.
The electric adjustable operating theatre bed needs to be charged on time to prevent insufficient power during surgery.
Regularly check the functions of the surgery bed, do maintenance work and ensure that it is available as needed.
